COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Which digital wall-art ratios does DraftSprite support?

The digital-download workflow supports 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14 and ISO A ratio groups.

Does a ratio automatically mean the file is high enough resolution?

No. Aspect ratio and resolution are separate. Use the free ratio checker to see the source dimensions and approximate 300 DPI print size before advertising a large print.

Can DraftSprite make the Etsy listing images too?

Yes. Digital workflows can be combined with DraftSprite's mock-up and listing preparation tools.

Can I sell the generated files without checking them?

You should review the final downloads, dimensions and listing information before offering them to customers.
