DraftSprite

ETSY LISTING AUTOMATION

Automate the repetitive listing work. Keep the final say.

DraftSprite is built for sellers who would rather spend their time making and choosing artwork than repeating mock-up, video, SEO and product-detail tasks for every listing.

Public beta · up to 10 listings a day. No card required.

BUILT FOR ART SELLERS

Less listing admin. More time for the artwork.

01

Automate preparation

Bring mock-ups, video, SEO and reusable product settings into a repeatable listing workflow.

02

Reuse shop defaults

Saved product profiles reduce repeated entry of common information such as sizes, prices and delivery details.

03

Human review stays in

Automation stops at a reviewable draft. Nothing should be published to Etsy without the seller deciding it is ready.

THE WORKFLOW

From finished artwork to listing draft.

  1. 01

    Set up your reusable defaults

Save the product details and mock-up line-ups you want DraftSprite to reuse.

  2. 02

    Drop in new artwork

Start a single or supported batch workflow from the artwork rather than rebuilding the listing structure.

  3. 03

    Review the prepared draft

Check the images, copy and product settings, then decide how and when the listing is used.

During Public Beta the complete-listing allowance is capped at 10 builds per user in a rolling 24-hour period while usage and reliability are monitored.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Does DraftSprite publish listings automatically?

No. The product is designed around a review step. Etsy handoff, where enabled, creates an unpublished draft rather than automatically publishing a live listing.

Can I automate more than SEO?

Yes. The complete workflow can prepare mock-ups, listing video, title, description, tags and reusable listing settings together.

Can I still change everything?

Yes. DraftSprite's generated listing is intended to remain editable before it is downloaded or handed off.

Is there a batch workflow?

DraftSprite includes batch-oriented workflows, although beta features and supported combinations continue to be refined as real sellers use them.
