Prepare the artwork for an A-size frame.
DraftSprite's live wall-art scenes include both ISO A and 4:5 frame openings. Choose the ratio that matches the product you intend to sell. The proportions are the same from A5 to A1, while 8 × 10, 12 × 15 and 16 × 20 inches all share the 4:5 shape.
DraftSprite detects the shape and selects compatible mock-ups. When an adjustment is needed, choose Show all artwork to keep the complete design or Fill the frame to crop the edges proportionally. You see the result before generation, and the artwork is never stretched.
More ratios will be added as the scene library grows. Until then, ISO A or 4:5 artwork gives you the largest set of directly matching scenes.
Use one listing with buyer-friendly variations.
Where it suits your fulfilment, keep the same design in one listing and let the buyer choose the print size and, if offered, the frame or finish. This keeps the listing easier to manage and avoids filling your shop with repeated thumbnails of the same artwork.
Etsy allows variation combinations to carry their own price, quantity and SKU. Use those fields to make each option clear. Keep labels short and consistent, such as A4 unframed or A3 oak frame.
Split a listing when fulfilment genuinely changes.
Variation options on one listing share its delivery settings. If large framed prints use a different fulfilment method, dispatch time or delivery cost, a separate listing may be clearer than forcing every size into one structure.
Check the actual cost and packaging for every size before deciding. The aim is not to offer the most options. It is to offer a range you can fulfil reliably without hiding costs in the wrong place.
Price from your real cost, not a flat multiplier.
Paper, printing, framing, packaging and postage do not always rise at the same rate. Set the price for each offering from its real fulfilment cost, the margin you need and any marketplace fees that apply.
A simple SKU pattern makes orders easier to recognise. For example, AL-042-A3-OAK can identify the shop, design, size and frame without opening the listing.
Save the working setup, then reuse it.
DraftSprite's Listing Setups hold the sizes, prices, delivery details and other shop choices you want applied to new drafts. Your saved mock-up line-up controls which scenes appear and their order.
When you add another artwork, choose a saved ratio-labelled line-up of up to 20 mock-ups and DraftSprite keeps its scene order. If you do not choose one, DraftSprite instead selects 10 matching non-PSD scenes automatically and puts the main mock-up first. It then adds the listing video and tailored copy. You still review every field before approving anything, and nothing publishes automatically.

- Check that the crop still shows every important part of the artwork.
- Confirm each size and frame combination has the right price and SKU.
- Read the title and description as a buyer, not only as a search result.
- Check delivery details for the largest and heaviest option.
- Preview every mock-up and the listing video before approval.
