THE VISUAL CHECK

The artwork must belong in the room.

  • Natural frame scale for the wall or furniture
  • Room light and shadows continue inside the opening
  • Glass reflections remain believable
  • Plants and props can cross the artwork when the scene requires it

Choose the task you are working on

04DIGITALPrepare a digital download draftControl how the artwork sits inside each print ratio before the 300 DPI files are prepared.
  1. Choose Keep whole artwork for padding or Crop to fill for a proportional crop.
  2. Move and zoom the crop separately for each print ratio.
  3. Preview all five outputs before creating the download package.

05MOCK-UPSChoose a ratio-labelled line-upPick the scenes prepared for each artwork and make the strongest image the headline.
  1. Filter the Mock-up Library by the artwork ratio.
  2. Enable the scenes you want and put the strongest buyer-facing image first.
  3. Save the line-up with a clear name so it can be reused.

  1. Filter the Mock-up Library by the artwork ratio.
  2. Check the ratio badge on each scene before enabling it.
  3. Preview the line-up before generating the mock-ups.

07FINAL CHECKReview and hand off when availableUnderstand what DraftSprite prepares, what Etsy receives and what always stays under your control.
  1. Review the buyer preview, variations, delivery, copy and all media.
  2. Check the Etsy handoff status shown in DraftSprite.
  3. Where enabled, approve one unpublished draft, then publish it yourself inside Etsy.

Build and review the complete listing in DraftSprite. Etsy draft handoff is limited while Commercial Access approval is completed.

You review every image, word, tag, price and setting. Where Etsy handoff is enabled, DraftSprite creates a new unpublished draft only after approval.
