Choose the task you are working on
01START HEREDrop in artwork and let DraftSprite match itDraftSprite measures the artwork shape and applies a sensible mock-up line-up automatically.
- Upload a clear, high-resolution JPG or PNG.
- Let DraftSprite apply the matching line-up automatically.
- If the shapes differ, keep the whole artwork or preview a proportional crop.
02OPTIONAL DEFAULTSSet up your listing defaults, step by stepChoose Framed Prints, Prints Only or Digital Only, then work through the four sections in Listing settings.
- Open Listing setups and check the connected shop. Choose Framed Prints to offer Print Only, Digital Download and three frame colours in one listing; Prints Only for unframed paper prints; or Digital Only for a separate digital listing. Read the Use this if description below each default.
- Listing images & video: add reusable shop graphics, size guides and a listing video. Open Mock-up Library to choose the room scenes and line-ups used with your artwork.
- Listing content: choose Fresh copy for every artwork, AI + my wording, or Use my own wording. With AI + my wording, add your reusable product details, delivery information and shop text in the fields below.
- Pricing & variations: review every size and its price. Untick sizes you do not sell. Framed Prints has separate prices for Print Only, Digital Download, Black Frame, White Frame and Oak Frame. Its digital option is sent manually after purchase; check delivery charges and arrange any refund yourself. Prints Only has one print price per size; Digital Only has one download price. Use Edit sizes / variations to change the available options.
- Product, delivery & Etsy defaults: check the product type, quantity and materials. For physical products, choose the delivery profile, return policy and production partner. Use Advanced Etsy fields for processing and other Etsy settings.
- Save listing settings. Choose Use this setup when you want to use it for a listing. To keep a separate version, choose Duplicate and give the copy a clear name. Import from Etsy Listing lets you reuse an existing listing's setup; importing does not automatically make it your default.
- Create one draft and review its copy, images, sizes, prices and delivery before publishing it yourself in Etsy. Updating a setup does not change listings already in your Etsy shop.
03PHYSICALCreate a physical print draftBuild realistic room images, a listing video and complete selling copy from one artwork.
- Upload the highest-quality artwork file you have.
- Review the automatically selected mock-ups, frame scale, shadows and reflections.
- Review the title, description, 13 tags, sizes, prices and delivery.
04DIGITALPrepare a digital download draftControl how the artwork sits inside each print ratio before the 300 DPI files are prepared.
- Choose Keep whole artwork for padding or Crop to fill for a proportional crop.
- Move and zoom the crop separately for each print ratio.
- Preview all five outputs before creating the download package.
05MOCK-UPSChoose a ratio-labelled line-upPick the scenes prepared for each artwork and make the strongest image the headline.
- Filter the Mock-up Library by the artwork ratio.
- Enable the scenes you want and put the strongest buyer-facing image first.
- Save the line-up with a clear name so it can be reused.
06RATIO LABELSCheck a scene before adding itUse the Mock-up Library badges to keep every scene in the line-up matched to the artwork.
- Filter the Mock-up Library by the artwork ratio.
- Check the ratio badge on each scene before enabling it.
- Preview the line-up before generating the mock-ups.
07FINAL CHECKReview and hand off when availableUnderstand what DraftSprite prepares, what Etsy receives and what always stays under your control.
- Review the buyer preview, variations, delivery, copy and all media.
- Check the Etsy handoff status shown in DraftSprite.
- Where enabled, approve one unpublished draft, then publish it yourself inside Etsy.
08ORIGINAL FILE QUALITYTurn a Google Drive link into a buyer PDFKeep your original files in Drive and create a clickable PDF to upload to your digital Etsy listing.
- In Digital, open the Google Drive panel and paste a file or folder sharing link.
- Allow anyone with the link to view and download. Check it while signed out of Google, then confirm the sharing check.
- Download the buyer PDF and add it to your Etsy digital listing. Keep the Drive files and link available after purchase.
09YOUR OWN PSDSAdd and use your own PSD mockupsImport your PSD or PSB in the Mockup Library, then render it in the detailed editor.
- Open Your PSD mockups in the library and import your file. Choose its artwork smart object and check the preview.
- Add the verified mockup to a saved lineup and use that lineup in the detailed editor.
- Quick Create and the digital print workflow currently use built-in mockups. They explain unsupported choices before a build starts.
ETSY HANDOFF STATUS
