Save your listing setup¶
Your goal: save the details you want to reuse, then check that the correct setup is selected for each product.
Where to find it¶
Open Listing setups in DraftSprite's app navigation. The page heading area says Listing settings. Choose the setup you want to edit, then open the relevant section.
The app may ask you to create your first listing before customising a setup. Follow the onboarding shown in your account.
What each section is for¶
| Section | What to review |
|---|---|
| Listing images & video | Reusable shop graphics and listing media |
| Listing content | Your saved wording and the content DraftSprite prepares |
| Pricing & variations | Prices, sizes and the options the buyer can choose |
| Product, delivery & Etsy defaults | Relevant product information, delivery and Etsy settings |
Set prices for the actual product¶
In Pricing & variations, check every size and finish you intend to offer. Check framed options separately from unframed prints, and make sure a set price reflects the number of prints in the set.
Use a clear setup name such as “Unframed prints” or “Set of three prints” so you can identify it later. If you use more than one shop, confirm which shop's setup you are editing.
Check the Etsy details¶
Review the delivery profile, processing time, returns settings, production partner and SKUs where those fields are available. Do not assume every value is imported or filled automatically. If a required field is absent in DraftSprite, complete and check it in the Etsy draft.
Keep your printer's production time separate from transit time. A product made in three days is not necessarily delivered in three days.
Save, then check one new draft¶
Save the setup and select it when preparing the next listing. Review one finished draft before reusing the setup across a larger collection.
Changing a saved setup does not itself update every existing Etsy listing. Any separate catalogue update should be reviewed for its intended scope before you apply it.
Your next step¶
- I have selected the correct shop and setup.
- Every price and variation matches the intended product.
- Delivery and product defaults have been reviewed.
- I have checked a draft made with the saved setup.
